Apartment with private entrance in villa with private pool plus air conditioning in a quiet street with sea views. There is a queen size bed and a sofa bed, providing plenty of room for a couple with or without a child. We only rent this one apartment. So there are never other guests present. We are the landlords ourselves with a maximum of 1 or 2 people on site to assist our guests with advice and assistance.
There is a bathroom with sink, shower and bath. There is also a walk-in wardrobe for holiday clothes and suitcases. There is also a large outdoor area with various terraces with seating and dining options and sun beds and the beautiful large swimming pool with lots of privacy. So without looking in from the outside.
If desired, a delicious Spanish breakfast can be provided for an additional charge, but you can also make your own breakfast. There are also several barbecues, one of which is near the large private swimming pool. The pool has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Around this pleasant Spanish villa there is a beautiful subtropical park-like garden for our guests.
The apartment itself does not have a kitchenette, but there is a covered terrace and a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and small refrigerator. Crockery is provided and there is ample seating on the terraces and two barbecues with accessories can be used to prepare a delicious outdoor meal. In the months of June to September you spend more time outside than inside.
