The top floor is on the ground floor, located at street level and via one step you enter a large living-dining room where the eye will immediately catch the fantastic unobstructed view. This floor also has central heating (for the winter months).

The private swimming pool and garden are south-facing and can be accessed in several ways, both from the upper or lower floor. There are sunbeds around the pool. In the garden there are several relaxation areas with garden furniture and a lounge set, as well as an outdoor shower and toilet, washing machine room and the outdoor kitchen.

Fully furnished with a sink with hot/cold running water, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stone BBQ, authentic pizza oven, gas BBQ, crockery and BBQ & kitchen utensils, terrace with cozy large wooden dining table.
Villa Salvia is child-friendly. In addition to all kinds of games, a cot, high chair and collapsible playpen are available.
Villa Salvia is suitable for 10 guests and is rented all year round. Both floors are rented to one landlord. Large groups of young people are not allowed.
Outside the school holidays and the months of July and August, it is possible on request to rent only the spacious top floor (at a reduced rate) for a maximum of 4 guests, with 2 x double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Environment, activities & climate
Villa Salvia is quietly located, yet close to everything! There is much to do in the area and offers something for everyone: from the nearby golf, tennis and padel courts, walking paths, cycling routes and water sports options for the active holidaymaker, to the nearby beaches and bays for sun worshipers.
The micro maritime climate here is known for its long summers, often with lovely breezes and mild sunny winters. Declared the healthiest climate in Europe by WHO.
