Large terrace (completely private and not overlooked by neighbours) with separate dining table / table with a beautiful view of the valley. The house and garden are walled and equipped with a modern alarm system. Covered parking guarantees that your car stays fresh. Full and well equipped open kitchen. The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom and toilet. They are also all equipped with a TV with satellite reception (FTA channels or own card). The WiFi signal is quite strong in and around the house. We use a solar boiler for the hot water supply. In winter there is a boiler for central heating. In the summer, the air conditioners keep the rooms cool.
The villa is located a 5-minute drive from the lively center of Moraira. Many restaurants (for everyone's purse) are a 3-minute drive away. In short, everything is there for a sunny and relaxing holiday.
