Enjoy the sun in the garden with a book and the waterfall in the background or walk upstairs to the tennis courts where the tennis club invites you to enjoy a snack and a drink in the sun, out of the wind, just 3 minutes away. walking distance. The tennis club is open all year round.

The studio is located in a perfect location in Miraflores between La Cala de Mijas and Calahonda.
A 10-minute walk takes you to the beautiful beach of Miraflores, where you arrive at the cozy beach bar Antonio's. You can choose to take a walk from Miraflores to La Cala de Mijas. With a 15-minute walk you arrive in the super cozy town with nice bars, restaurants, hairdressers, shops and the pharmacy on the corner.

It is a closed urbanization with 24 hour security and you can park outside for free.

We are John and Tamara van Dijk. Our dream was to live in Spain after we got married in Mijas Pueblo. We managed to buy an apartment in La Cala de Mijas and now a few years later a beautiful studio located in Miraflores. We'll postpone living until the children have left home. Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
