The idyllically located holiday home offers all possibilities for a versatile holiday, such as hiking, mountain biking, visiting beach holiday towns and even skiing in winter. The villa is located above the village of Cómpeta on a mountain slope. Here you can enjoy a wonderful rest with a beautiful view of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The house has a large sun-drenched terrace with several cozy spots. Natural shade is also provided. The pleasant center of the village is about a 10-minute walk.
The house consists of 2 separate units, a main part and a smaller unit. The main area has a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove. There is also a desk in the living room to combine work and vacation. There is also a kitchen with a separate dining area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a spacious hall. Also upstairs there is a covered balcony with beautiful sea views.
The 2nd part has a living room with an open kitchen. This part can also be heated with a wood stove. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (without air conditioning) and a bathroom. When renting more than 7 guests, the 2nd kitchen can also be used.
There is a swimming pool of approximately 8 by 4 m with a beautiful view of the mountains. Access to the swimming pool can be closed by a gate. Swimming pool is accessible via a staircase down.
If a maximum of 6 guests come, the 2nd unit is not available, not even for other guests. In other words, you don't have to share the house with other, unknown people. Access for guests. Free parking is available. There is space for at least 3 cars. The location is easily accessible by car. You can also travel to Cómpeta by bus from Malaga airport.
The house is located approximately 15 km from the coast, accessible via an easily accessible mountain road.
