This modernized villa is spacious with a beautiful living and dining room with sliding doors adjacent to the garden, 3 luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 1 with bath, separate guest toilet, a workplace in the hallway and an authentic Portuguese kitchen equipped with all amenities. Outside and around the house there are several terraces, a lovely swimming pool located on a spacious terrace with fixed thatched parasols, a covered outdoor lounge area with sofa & chair, and a nice outdoor kitchen with dining table/chairs, BBQ and dart board. The dining table can also be used as a table tennis table!
The site covers a total of 2000 m2, has a lovely garden surrounding the villa and depending on the season you can enjoy the beautiful flowers or delicious fresh figs. Of course you can park your (rental) car on site.

Our Vivenda da Luz is located near the seaside resort of Praia da Luz and the pleasant port city of Lagos in the south of Portugal (Algarve); a special and unique holiday address for everyone who enjoys a relaxing and fun holiday!

So no hordes of tourists with whom you have to share the grounds and swimming pool. This way you can relax during your well-deserved holiday and enjoy Portuguese life.

Last but not least; Our Vivenda is equipped with all amenities and uses the latest technologies as much as possible. Naturally, we have WiFi, Dutch but also foreign TV channels, an automatically opened gate to enter the site, a numerical code to enter and Philips Hue recessed lights that you can adjust to your own 'taste'.

Depending on the time and the season, the check-in and check-out procedure will take place on location* or online (* by the owner/person who will be 'invisibly' present in the adjacent apartment, but this person will not use the facilities of the terrain!). This way we can provide you with all the information and facts in and around the house as best and quickly as possible so that you can quickly find your way around the Vivenda and your holiday can start!
