Vila do Navegador is a beautiful spacious villa (280m² living space) in a unique location. Average rated on TripA. with a 5 on a 5 point scale. The villa is located less than 5 minutes drive from the sea. The district consists exclusively of detached villas. Usually inhabited by the residents themselves and partly by holiday guests. There is a calm atmosphere.

The villa is situated in a 1600m² fully walled garden. In the garden on the south side you will find the spacious swimming pool (5x10m).

Vila do Navegador has two floors and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, guest toilet, a spacious living room with separate dining area and a modern kitchen with two ovens. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.

ground floor
The spacious living room has comfortable seating, digital television / radio, hi-fi stereo (radio / CD), video, DVD player. The terrace is accessible from the living room. The adjoining dining room is stylishly furnished and gives access to both the hall (with an alarm system, guest toilet and cloakroom) and the kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality brand Siemens appliances. From the kitchen there is direct access to the outside terraces.

The utility room has an extra fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Two bedrooms ground floor:
Both with en-suite bathrooms and double beds.
Bedroom 1 is accessed through a separate entrance from the main house. This room is very spacious, 30m², with an extra comfortable sitting area.
Bedroom 2 is located in the main house and has a separate entrance through the terrace. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Two bedrooms upstairs:
Here are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both with a double bed and a private balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Garden:
The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with a large pool terrace with lawns and many plants. The garden also features a large dining table, sunbeds and BBQ.

In the garden at the front is a private driveway, a covered carport and a parking space with space for several cars.

Environment :
The villa is a few minutes drive from (the beach of) Luz, a small charming coastal town with several bars, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The larger supermarkets (Lidl, Intermarché) are in Lagos (6 km away).

Lagos is a thriving seaside resort with a huge variety of entertainment, international cuisine restaurants, nightlife and a pedestrian zone. The promenade connects the old part of Lagos with the harbour. Towards the west of Lagos are some small bay beaches and spectacular rock formations, such as the beautiful Ponta da Piedade or Praia Dona Ana. Visit one of the typical Portuguese fishing villages, or visit one of the caves by boat. To the east you will find the kilometer long beach of Meia Praia with lovely beach bars.
