Casa Xyza

Casa Xyza is a luxurious modern furnished detached family home in Ibiza style.
Unique because of its fantastic location with views over the Ocean, the Arade River and Portimao. Both the beautiful beach of Praia Grande and the pleasant center of the charming fishing village of Ferragudo are within walking distance.

With its 5 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, its luxurious kitchen with cooking island, its beautiful swimming pool and the various lounge areas under the palm trees, the villa offers an excellent basis for a carefree holiday.

Exterior

The villa, completely renovated in 2017, is detached and offers sufficient privacy with its fence. It is easily accessible via the M530 coastal road and there is ample parking.
In addition to a newly landscaped garden, various terraces have been constructed around the villa.
On the kitchen side and front there is a large terrace with a spacious dining table.
There is a barbecue facility just around the corner.
On the other side there is a microcement bar and a lovely lounge area with a gas fireplace.

At the rear there is a swimming pool (10 x 4.5 x avg. 1.75 with underwater lighting) in the middle of a large lounge deck. It is nice to relax here under the palm trees on one of the many sunbeds. The stairs at the pool can be closed with a gate for the safety of the children. Of course, an outdoor shower and bath towels are not missing. Finally, there is the roof terrace from where you can enjoy the special view.

Interior

After the recent renovation, it has been tastefully decorated. There is a large living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a swiveling flat-screen television (large number of channels), a Sonos sound system and a wood-burning stove to enhance the atmosphere. The latter is not necessary for comfort, because the house is well insulated and has underfloor heating everywhere except the bedrooms.

There are five bedrooms in total. All have air conditioning, patio doors (equipped with shutters and mosquito netting) and their own en-suite bathroom. All rooms have double beds, three of which can be separated. The master bedroom has a "Zangra" four-poster bed.

The semi-open kitchen has a cooking island where the four of you can sit comfortably on a bar stool. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment (except microwave). There is an American refrigerator from Smeg, a Bosch built-in oven, an induction hob with Bora extractor system and a dishwasher and washing machine.

Good wireless internet is available everywhere in and around the villa.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request. There is no shallow children's pool at the swimming pool.

To enter the house you must first ascend a generous staircase, this is also the case to the swimming pool. Once inside the home, there are no significant differences in level.
