House Woeste Wolden

The guesthouse, which has a thatched roof, has a spacious master bedroom plus a study area with box spring and desk downstairs. There is room for your coats, shoes and boots in the spacious hall. Here you will find a door to the toilet, study room/bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. The modern open kitchen has a dishwasher, coocker, an induction hob, microwave with hot air function and a spacious refrigerator. There is a freezer in the storage room. Upstairs is a bedroom of over 30m2.
The entire house is supplied with energy generated by solar panels. (48 pieces) The hot water supply is electric via coocker and boiler (120 liters 85 degrees)
All windows are equipped with insect screens.
There is room to park the car next to the terrace. There is also a carport that can be used.
The stairs to the top floor are wide and easy to navigate. There are two large skylights in the thatched roof. Both with insect screen and blackout roller blind. On the east side of the top floor there is a spacious dormer window with a sofa and coffee table. Here you can enjoy reading with a beautiful view over the fields. The bookcase in the bedroom is filled with nice books.
The guesthouse is detached. To the right of the guesthouse is a garage where the lawn mower and trailer are located. You can also store your bicycles/bicycle carrier or other items there. A key to this garage is on the key ring.

Fireworks
It is not permitted to let off fireworks in the vicinity of the guesthouse. This makes our horses and the neighbors' horses very restless. In addition, Gina and our grandson are very affected by air pollution.

It is possible to bring your horse. There are two stables with a paddock and sufficient grazing.
Taking a ride outside is easy to do. The Vitensbos starts 250 meters from the driveway.
There is also a large riding arena near the stables. If you would like to bring your horse(s), please contact the owner.
There is a large swing and diving bar for the little ones.
The terrace is located on the southwest. On the terrace there is a four-person garden set with two sun loungers and a very large picnic table for six people with a parasol.
Many walking, cycling and motorcycle tours are possible from the house.

It is possible to order a bed linen package when booking. There will be duvet covers on the duvets upon arrival and there will be 2 towels and 1 bath towel per person.

Cancel
Sometimes cancellation is unavoidable for whatever reason. In that case, it is important that you inform us immediately in writing (by e-mail, WhatsApp, via Micazu or SMS). If you as a tenant cancel the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 30% of the rental price remains due; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and up to 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%. If you inform us between 14 days and the start date or during the rental period that you will not use the rented property (anymore), the full rental price will remain owed.
