Dunes of Egmond

Dunes of Egmond is located on the edge of the dunes of Egmond-Binnen. This architecturally designed detached house is made of wood inside and out with large aluminum sliding doors. The house of over 70m2 is fully and modernly furnished and suitable for 4 people.
From the spacious living room with open kitchen you look directly into the dune area. The large double sliding doors to the terrace make the inside and outside one whole. The bedroom with double bed also looks directly on the dunes and is connected to the terrace through sliding doors. Here you will feel on holiday!
After 200 meters of walking (or cycling) you are in the Noordhollands Duin reserve, a beautiful nature reserve with forests and dunes. Superb for walking and cycling, but above all very close to our beautiful beaches. The quiet beaches of Egmond-Binnen (3km) and Bakkum (4km) are about a fifteen minute drive away by bike. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here. Beautiful trail run and MTB trails, horse trails, and beach surfing and kite surfing. The village of Egmond-Binnen is 2 km from the house and has a few cozy restaurants and a supermarket. The more touristic Egmond aan Zee is 5 km away. Layout: Hall; living room with sitting area and dining area and large open kitchen (equipped with hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, mixer, pans and crockery). Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds); Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink; laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house is perfectly insulated (RC>7) and is heated with low temperature underfloor heating throughout the house. Parking: There is room for one car on site. If you want to come with 2 cars, first consult with the manager. There is really no room for your second car otherwise! Please note: The road to the front door is partly unpaved and sandy. There is only one step to enter the house.
Therefore the house is not suitable for wheelchairs.
