My name is Hans and I have a second home in Montenegro, the country often referred to as the Pearl of the Adriatic.
House Kujava is located near the town of Danilovgrad in the middle of what is referred to as the most beautiful valley in the country. The house has been completely renovated in the past 3 years and equipped with everything that provides convenience and tranquility. There is Wifi available, a sound system, books, many terraces, fireplace inside, a wood stove, air conditioning and a campfire place outside, 2500 m2 of land, apple trees and other fruit trees, sheep, goats and shepherds in the area and lots of privacy.
The house, which has neighbors, but then you are talking about 250 meters further, is approximately 4 kilometers away from Danilovgrad: an authentic town with many restaurants, supermarkets, terraces, etc. Our house is located against the picturesque village of Kujava. The river Zeta flows nearby, about 1 kilometer further, in which we enjoy swimming, sunbathing, diving or canoeing every year.
There are many chairs, patio tables, sun loungers for outside. There is a lovely swimming pool with a diameter of 3 meters with wonderfully fresh water.
We get a lot of our food locally: organic and healthy. Salmon trout from the river and tasty and good meat from the butcher in the village. The food here is really delicious and honest. Many restaurants nearby, which are very affordable here and often very good. Everything is more expensive on the coast.
The incredibly beautiful coast can be reached within an hour by car. After a busy day at the sea it is always wonderful to relax in our valley.
In short, if you like peace, beautiful nature and the real Montenegrins (which are not so geared to tourists here in the valley) then you are in the best location here in the vicinity of the Adriatic Sea and the river Zeta.
