Casale Leporello was originally an old farmhouse from 1900 and was completely restored in 2013, with great attention to detail and finishing. It has become a beautiful, luxury holiday home, suitable for up to 7 people.
The Casale has a spacious living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a TV. From the dining room you enter the large terrace through the patio doors. A delightful outdoor dining area has been created under the pergola. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped; including a fridge-freezer, five-burner gas stove with oven and a dishwasher.
There are four spacious bedrooms. Three of them are for 2 people, each of which has its own luxury bathroom. The 4th bedroom is a spacious single room. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Casale Leporello is situated on a private, enclosed site of a few hectares. It has a private parking space. The beautiful garden is full of Mediterranean plants such as oleanders, rose beds, lavender and of course delicious Italian herbs. The garden has several terraces and the large (10x5m) saltwater swimming pool is very special. Around it are sun beds with umbrellas. A fantastic place to enjoy the surrounding landscape!
Ponzano di Fermo is 1.5 km away. In this village you will find a bar, newspaper kiosk, pharmacy and grocery store. The beautiful medieval town of Fermo is 10 km away and within 15 minutes you are on the Adriatic coast, on the nice beach of Porto San Giorgio!
