Casa Cipresse

This luxurious authentic house (rustico) is beautifully situated between the Adriatic coast and the
Apennines/Monti Sibillini. Casa Cipresse is located in the southern part of Le Marche, surrounded by hills just outside the historic village of Montottone. A lovely old farmhouse that is fully equipped and where you have a lot of privacy.


The House
Casa Cipresse is an old farmhouse dating from around 1900 and is at the end of the year
1990s thoroughly restored. The house covers 120 m2 and is fully equipped.

On the ground floor you will find a large new modern kitchen, a bathroom with...
shower corner, toilet, sink and washing machine and a spacious bedroom (double) with a view of the garden and hills.

On the 1st floor is the cozy living room with fireplace and patio doors to the outside stairs. Here you will find the second double bedroom with box springs. In addition to the bedroom, there is also a 2nd bathroom with bubble bath, bidet, 2nd toilet and sink.
The living room has a stereo, TV and DVD player and there is Chromecast to stream your movies. Of course there is WIFI.

The garden
The large garden of 3200 m2 contains many trees such as walnut, olive, apple, plum, but also beautiful oleanders and of course the enormous (more than 100 years old) cypress.
In the garden there is a gazebo (pergola) where you can sit in the shade. The house has a veranda where you have a beautiful view of the garden and the hills from the lounge set.
Next to the house there is a large shed and a separate garage.
The house is located at the end of a
dead-end path so that you are not inconvenienced by through traffic.

Area
The house is located 1 km from the beautiful historic village of Montottone. There are numerous amenities in the village, such as a small supermarket, restaurant, post office, bakery, butcher and local bar/pizzeria. But the local potter is also worth a visit!

Le Marche has a long coastline and the beautiful beaches are easily accessible from Casa Cipresse. Within 25 minutes you can be on the nice family beach in Pedaso or on one of the larger beaches such as Porto San Giorgio or Grottamare. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the tranquility. The central location ensures that you have a good base for trips not only to the coast, but also to the mountains (Monti Sibillini) and the beautiful classic towns such as Fermo, Ascoli Piceno and Macerata. If possible, visit one of the many village festivals. In short, there is a lot to see and experience. You are very welcome at Casa Cipresse!
