Enjoy all the beauty on the wonderful island of Lefkada. Our villa is centrally located and equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. A spacious swimming pool, lots of privacy, a well-equipped kitchen, private parking spaces, and of course the fantastic view! The pleasant town of Nydri and a number of nice beaches are only a few minutes' drive away. You can also reach Lefkada town within 20 minutes, where there are many nice restaurants and shops.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Other amenities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, oven, toaster and a spacious refrigerator with freezer. There is of course a BBQ available and more than enough seating areas/sunbeds and parasols outside.

The pool is continuously filtered, regularly checked and cleaned weekly. Linen replacement is provided weekly.

The villa is completely fenced and you have four parking spaces in the private driveway.

The coasts and beaches are among the most beautiful in Greece. The authentic mountain villages with the village squares, lined with plane trees, olive groves, traditional houses made of stacked stones, and the remote monasteries and chapels, provide an unforgettable experience.

In Lefkada time seems to have stood still and has not been overrun by mass tourism. As a result, the harbors are still cozy and the villages have retained their character.

Once on location, we are happy to share our favorite spots and the nicest restaurants with you!

Accessibility:
via Amsterdam (Schiphol) to Preveza. From here it is a 40-minute drive.
via Schiphol, Dusseldorf, Eindhoven and various other cities to Athens. From here it is about a 3.5 hour drive on the beautiful highway along the coast and mountains.
The ring around Athens is very easy. You drive towards Patras, along the Corinth Canal and the beautiful Rio bridge.

A rental car is recommended.

We are the Smits family, and we have been renting our villa since 2022 to everyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful surroundings in Lefkada, just like us. We use this villa as a family home in the spring and autumn. In combination with the villa, we can also arrange a sailing trip for you with our own boat (42 feet) with skipper (see photo).

Explanation of prices

Prices include: use of water and electricity, cleaning, air conditioning, bath and bed linen, use of washing machine, tax, personal check-in. If desired, interim cleaning and replacement of bed linen €150 extra. WIFI is available free of charge.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 12 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 25% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 100% of the rental amount.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
