Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment in the heart of Crete, Heraklion. This newly built apartment, completed in 2023, provides an ideal base for exploring Heraklion and the surrounding areas, as well as exploring the entire island. Located in a quiet Greek family neighborhood, it offers the perfect blend of serenity and accessibility.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 3 people and has a spacious 40 m2 sun terrace. Here you will find a small swimming pool for refreshing dips, comfortable sun loungers for relaxing, and a cozy lounge sofa under a pergola. In addition, there is a separate corner with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying meals. From the terrace you have a breathtaking view of Heraklion, the surrounding mountains, and the sea in the distance, with the icing on the cake a beautiful sunset in the evening.

Inside the apartment you will find an attractive interior in light colors, inspired by the beautiful tones of the Mediterranean Sea. It offers all modern comforts, including free air conditioning, a smart TV, high-speed internet, and LAN internet. The sleeping area features a king size bed and a single bed that also serves as a comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities invites you to create culinary creations. Basic supplies such as coffee, tea, salt and pepper are available free of charge, including our own homemade olive oil from our family orchard in the mountain village of India.

The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin with storage space, hairdryer, and free toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Towels and bed linen are included in the price, so you can enjoy your stay worry-free.

With free public parking on site, a bus stop just 150 meters away with regular connections to central Heraklion and Knossos, and several dining options and a supermarket within easy reach, our apartment offers the perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and Greek hospitality.

Explanation of prices

Price is for a basic occupancy of 2 people. For 3 people extra €10 per night.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
