Ionian Flair

Ionian Flair villa is the perfect choice to spend your holidays relaxing next to sea, just 5 minutes from the port of Palairos.The 3 level villa can accommodate up to 12 people and has an infinity pool, gym and immediate access to the beach in the front.

When you enter the villa, you can find on the ground level, in front of the pool, a small studio with a double bed and two single beds, a small kitchen with a fridge, an electric kettle and a coffee machine and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Next to the studio, there is another bedroom with an handicapped friendly bathroom.
From the stairs outside, you can enter the upper floor which consists of a fully equipped kitchen with an over, fridge, coffee machines, mixers, silverware, cooking utensils and sitting area. Next to the kitchen there is a big sofa that faces the TV for relaxing night watching movies. Moving to this level, there are 2 bedrooms that face the pool and garden area with ensuite bathrooms , and extra bathroom. The two ensuite bathrooms have a shower.

Taking the stairs from the inside of this floor, you can reach the underground level which has a gym area with TV and a washing machine.
Going out to the pool area, you can find another fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area. There, you can cook your breakfast or your meals watching the pool and the sea in front of you. There is another big teak dining table under an olive tree where you can enjoy your meals in nature peace.
The pool area has lounges and another sitting area with comfortable sofa from where you can enjoy the outside views.

Taking the stairs from the pool, you will arrive to a big yard in front of the sea, with a circled sitting arranged with a fireplace in the middle! A perfect spot for watching the sunsets.
Opening the door from there, you are just few feet away from the beach and an outside teak table where you can enjoy your meals.
