Make your holiday unforgettable and "reside" in the former town hall of the old "Bergstadt" Wildemann, as once the village notables.
Built in 1870, typical Harz patricianhouse, situated at the Bohlweg, central in the village. Without having to bridge a height you can find restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Slightly elevated lying on the sunny slope of the Gallingsberg, the AltesRathaus is not directly at the roadside, but at a small square, where the footpath begins to the church as well as a starting the point for many nature trails.
The former town hall currently has two large, bright residences, the third residence will be completed in 2019, as the rear terrace and the gardens around the house. The houses can be booked separate (1-6 pers) or together (7-12 pers.), currently up to 12 persons (in 2019, 18 people)
The Mayor’s Residence (114 m2 - up to 6 persons)
The Mayor’s Residence is located on the first floor of the AltesRathaus.
A large, spacious house for 6 with a charming conservatory at the front overlooking the Bohlweg and the green slopes of the Badstubenberg.
A central hall, spacious living room with dining and work area, 3 large double bedrooms, a large kitchen plus bathroom with bath and toilet.
Living room with large flat screen TV with satellite reception of all free TV and radio channels, sound system with CD's, books and games, both bedrooms supplied with wardrobes and big flat screen TV. Obviously fast W-Lan in the entire house.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities to cook yourself, 4 ring induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc.
Use of washer and dryer on request.
