Welcome to our estate Poujol in the Tarn et Garonne. We would like to invite you to take a look behind the walls of our yard "POUJOL" together with us (Jos and Anke van der Mijl).
Since January 2010 we live permanently in Montfermier de Quercy.
The distance from the highway to our house is 30 minutes drive through a beautiful quiet nature reserve. Do you remember what real silence is? We are happy to let you experience it.
Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac where only the farmer comes once in a while to inspect his orchards.
In addition to our private house, we have built a large GITE and a HOLIDAY HOME in our yard where we would like to let our guests enjoy a beautiful nature.
In the months of June to September, our swimming pool is usually above 25-28 degrees and you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace by the pool.
A walk around the lake gives you the feeling of space and tranquility.
The new apartment consists of a large living room, dining kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 1 large bedroom. Everything very attractively decorated.

Bart-Femke : This house in Poujol was phenomenal. An impressively beautiful location with
beautiful view, a house full of character and a
garden as beautiful and romantic as from a French 60s-70s movie with
beautiful overhanging trees and a diversity of nice places and
corners in the garden, as well as a beautiful and very attractive covered terrace
in a loft. The house stands in a place in eternity in one
wonderful region with a lot to see. The days can pass by
silence last forever and the tranquility is indescribable. In addition
that hosts are indescribably hospitable and for everything
ready and very involved, while still maintaining all privacy and
leave space for the visitor. Never before has it been looked after so well.
Just experiencing sunrise and sunset is in this place
every day a wonderful experience. Perhaps the most beautiful and funniest
holiday home where we once stayed. The only downside of the house is
that you actually want to continue living there when you leave.

Rather coincidentally we ended up last minute with our two kids
in the holiday home Pujol. Even though it was a gamble for us, we have
it never complained to us from the first minute to the last! a warm one
reception and we immediately felt at home in the well-kept and
charming cottage. The location was perfect. In an oasis of peace
and yet very centrally located, ideal for various day trips
to the charming villages in the region! We could always rely on
the experience and tips we received from sympa owners Jos and Anke!
The lovely swimming pool was an absolute surplus for our children! I
can anyone who wishes to immerse themselves wonderfully and in peace
in a southern French atmosphere, recommend this fine address.
Don't forget to taste the delicious homemade pizzas from the stone oven ;)
