Mommejatte

Detached, characteristic and authentic house on a spacious plot (over 40 hectares). This typical French holiday home has been restored and simply furnished. The holiday home is neat and comfortable, and the house also remains nice and cool in the summer. Mommejatte is just 1 km from the lively village of Salviac and 13 km from Gourdon, a beautiful town with many terraces and galleries. Mommejatte is quietly located in the countryside and overlooks a large private courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Very quiet place and ideal location for visiting the region. The large fenced swimming pool (13 x 7m) is 30 m from your holiday home. Around the swimming pool there is a nice large terrace with plenty of sunbeds and parasols from which you have a beautiful view over the hills.

Interior
On the ground floor there is the living/kitchen and the living room with dining area. Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed of 160 and 1 with 2 beds of 90. Possibility for 2 baby cots, 2 shower rooms with WC.

Outside
Quiet location. Good starting point for walks not far from the route to Santiago de Compostela and plenty of opportunities for cycling in the area. Large swimming pool of no less than 13 x 7 meters. You share this swimming pool with the guests of the Gîte. The Gîte is occasionally rented to 2 to 4 people.

Close to all shops (1 km from the village) and all the tourist sites of the Lot and Dordogne: Cahors, Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq-Lapopie, Sarlat, Beynac, Jardins d'Eyrignac, Jardins de Marquessac, Lascaux... Gourdon at 13 km. Cahors at 35 km. Sarlat at 35 km.
