Come and enjoy and relax in:
the beautiful large garden with lots of privacy ( 2500 m2) - LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE RIVER DE LOT with PRIVATE JETTY and a great covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL .

Your accommodation is in an attractive 3 STAR qualified gîte, which is separated from the garden by a quiet road,

Excellent location for: fishing for carp, catfish, barbel and pike-perch, paddle boarding, canoeing (included), walking, cycling (included), swimming, relaxing and making interesting excursions.

Supermarket is a 4-minute drive away, Puy l'Evêque also has a doctor, dentist and a pharmacy.

Within walking distance: the bakery, about ten restaurants, the evening food market (weekly in July and August) and regular "vide greniers en brocantes".

....an ideal location for a holiday for all....!!

Explanation of prices

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Tourist tax, water, electricity, gas, only use of the jetty, bed linen, TV with Dutch, Belgian and BBC channels, rowing boat, life jackets, use of washing machine, bicycles, fishing license application, bamboo fishing hut, BBQ, Chromecast, baby bed with mattress, high chair.

OPTION POSSIBILITIES:
rental: electric motor, first week € 57.00, subsequent weeks € 42.00
battery only (lithium iron phosphate "LifePO4 100 ah") €32.50 p/w
SUP rental, p/d €25.00, p/w €75.00
fishing license at cost price
corn € 16.50 for 25 kg (subject to change)

CANCELLATION PROVISIONS:
  1. in case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 30% of the rental price
  2. in case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the rental price.
  3. in case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) until the day before the day of arrival: 90% of the rental price.
  4. in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later, the full rental amount.

LIABILITY:
 The owner can never be held liable:
a) for damage or loss caused by temporary interruption of supply by Utility Companies.
b) for loss, damage or accident suffered by the client regardless of its occurrence.
c) for loss, damage or accident caused by, for example, weather conditions, riots, war, epidemics, strikes or any other external disaster.
d) if the gîte is not available during the booked rental period due to external circumstances, the owner will refund the rental amount already paid to the client.

Under any circumstances, liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for the rental period.

Every Wednesday in high season there is a pleasant musical evening food market in Puy L'Evêque..( Marché gourmand) At the various stalls you choose your dishes and drinks and eat them together with others. A great way to make new contacts.
