The house is equipped with all kinds of modern amenities and can accommodate five people. There are three bedrooms, two with a bed for two people and a third room with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a sink and shower. The toilet is separate with a sink. There is a high chair and cot available. The swimming pool is always accessible under your own responsibility. The living room has a TV with all Flemish channels and the channels Netherlands 1, 2 and 3. The modern kitchen gives you every opportunity to enjoy cooking. The good insulation keeps the house cool in the summer and you can use the air conditioning in extreme heat. In winter you can heat pleasantly and very economically with a kerosene fire connected to a chimney. So no odor or other nuisance. The two terraces are spacious, 50 m² and 32 m². 1 terrace faces south and the other terrace faces north.
