We are since 1990 the proud owners of our holiday home in Ste-Maxime, where we have been for over 20 years many family vacations with our four (now big) kids and golf holidays with our friends spent. Our four children and we now cherish many fond memories of the glorious sun-filled days there. The living room is large and light through the large schuifpuien.Bij the fireplace there are 2 Ikea sofas, which can withstand a collision, a large borreltafel and an armchair, reading lamps, TV and two swivel chairs for the TV. The dining table can seat about 8 people.

There is a corner in the living room where the laptop or personal computer via an Internet telephone connection can be made.

Despite the fact that the house on a private estate of 5 houses situated, has a lot of privacy. On two sides there are large sliding doors giving access to the terraces, which run around the house. A portion thereof, adjacent to the kitchen is covered. There is a large outdoor dining table, suitable for around 10 people (there is a second large dining table with chairs, if they want to eat in the sun). There is also a large sun terrace and play, with parasols and sunbeds, adjacent to the pool. Around the terrace plane trees also provide shade. There is a barbecue (also electric). Normally there is also the table tennis outside, in a place from the wind. To the terraces are some overgrown flower beds and embankments, which will further increase privacy. In the French houses, the emphasis in terms of space allocation on the living quarters. The 3 bedrooms are not super big, but adequately furnished and equipped with air conditioning all 3. . All beds are 2 meters long. The master bedroom downstairs has a 2 bed of 180 cm (2 mattresses 90 cm) and a recessed wardrobe and separate chest of drawers. Accessible via this bedroom a small bathroom with shower and a sink. The separate toilet is next to the bedroom. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 cm, both together and separately to stand and a wardrobe and drawer chests. The third bedroom (kids) has 4 beds, distributed over two bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and has a wardrobe. If there are lodgers, there is still a possibility to sleep on a 2 seater sofa bed on the mezzanine.

The pool (about 8 by 8 m) belongs to all five houses, but it is rare that all residents are present simultaneously and that while swimming or played. Since our house is adjacent to the pool, it is very accessible for our users (but also aflsluitbaar through the gates). There may also be healed by the pool, but usually it lies in the sun on the private terraces. There are inflatable items are present. There is a legal requirement in the water pool alarm.

The house has an opportunity to the garden with a gate to close, regardless of the permanent gates to the pool. The pool has its own gate and inside there is a stair gate for the basement stairs. The house has a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink on the first floor between the two bedrooms (see photo album). Downstairs is a shower with sink through the master bedroom to reach. There is also a separate toilet. The pool is also an outdoor shower.

St. Tropez can be visited by car (parking in the harbor or in the garage on the Place de Lice) or through a highly enjoyable boat trip on the green of St-Tropez - St. Tropez vice versa.

The house is also throughout the year (an average of 300 sunny days per year) is very suitable as a base for short or longer golf holidays for 6 to 8 people (your golf league team?).
