We recently bought a fantastically located detached villa which we have just renovated to a luxurious standard. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is equipped with air conditioning and good wifi.
The house is secluded on a large plot of land (3700m2) with a double carport for your car and a swimming pool (7x3x1,2m). The large wooden terrace is equipped with luxury sunbeds with umbrellas around the pool and an outdoor living room has been realized. on the covered terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. There is also a nice new gas BBQ to enjoy the outdoors. In addition to the lovely south-facing terrace, there is a large garden around the house with various sun and shade terraces plus a jeu de boules court. The finish is modern and luxurious and the house is equipped with every comfort.
It is located in a quiet residential area just outside the village, it is super green and the peace and privacy are enormous. It's really what they call it in the campaign.
La Garde Freinet is a cute and uber French village with nice squares and a lively weekly market. There are several restaurants available and you can walk from the house to the village in 10-15 minutes. You can reach the wonderful beaches at St Tropez and Port Grimaud in 20 minutes by car.
In short, a great detached house in a very nice and central location. Very quiet location but close to the cosiness and bustle of the Cote d'Azur.
