The house is located in a picturesque area just outside the medieval Provencal village of Lachau! in the Provencal Drôme and bordering the Alpes Hautes Provence, Hautes Alpes and the Vaucluse.
The sun shines here 300 days a year. Nice cool nights and very important...there are no or few mosquitoes!
If you search on the internet for "the most beautiful natural swimming spots in France", you will find: The azure blue river the Méouge at the top of the page with the most beautiful spots. 21 kilometers of beautiful paradisiacal Blue Lagoon spots and the waterfall at the end of the Meouge is a wonderful jump off.

Celebrating your holiday is a celebration in a cozy colorful house where you immediately feel "at home". And the cheerfulness of Provence is reflected in the different colorful rooms, each with its own atmosphere.
Enjoy cooking in the kitchen, which is well equipped with, among other things: a large stove with 5 gas burners and electric oven, two refrigerators - including an American refrigerator with ice maker -, a large combination oven/microwave, two dishwashers and a spacious U-shaped countertop with bar stools. to be able to cook with several people!
The adjacent conservatory has a cozy seating area with sound system and TV with Dutch (sports), Flemish channels and a Chromecast.
You sit together at two long tables that can accommodate 17 people. And from the conservatory you have a beautiful view of the terrace, the garden, the swimming pool and the valley with the surrounding mountains.
On the first floor of Le Rêve you will find two spacious, attractive living rooms, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bedrooms have comfortable twin beds, box springs and 1 double bed. Most bathrooms have their own sink.
There are two fully equipped kitchens and a south-facing balcony of 14 m2.
Everywhere in the garden there are beautiful sun and shade spots with wooden tables and lazy sun loungers.
There is a large round barbecue near the illuminated swimming pool in the evening!
You can enjoy it for a long time and dream away in the evening sun on the swing bench at the idyllic spot on the river where your children can build dams and paddle to their heart's content.
There is a folder in the house with all the information about the area, shops and activities you can undertake. Mont Ventoux is a big attraction but there is much more to enjoy here.
I do the maintenance of the house, garden and swimming pool myself. I then stay in a completely separate living space on the north side of the house.
