'Le Veyou' heated swimming pool and air conditioning

Beautiful, sunny 'maison de vacance'. South facing with (heated) swimming pool, garden and beautiful views of the hills, mountains and the medieval village. The house has recently been equipped with whisper-quiet air conditioning that can be adjusted per room. Below is the village road to Lozeron. The location offers a lot of privacy, but is not remote. Suitable for a maximum of 6 people, including possibly children aged approx. 7 to 12 who can swim (the pool does not have a separate children's section and is 140 cm deep throughout). The house contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 1 bidet. At the pool there is a pool house with extra toilet and screened outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (1 dog allowed under conditions). There is good WiFi and upon arrival you will find the beds made!

We are Paul and Betty Besselsen and since 2004 we have owned our lovely holiday home 'Le Veyou' (named after the highest mountain of the Trois Becs, the mountain formation in the Drôme over which our house overlooks). Our house is located on a hill, on the edge of Beaufort-sur-Gervanne, a medieval village in the Le Vercors natural park. Until now we have only rented the house to family, acquaintances and friends, but from now on we would like to open it to others who want to come and enjoy it.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Surroundings Bouchet. The first five kilometers around Bouchet are almost flat. After that there are ridges in all directions that all have a slightly different character. The mountains begin after 25 kilometers on the east side.
