This wonderful holiday home, in a beautiful location in the middle of the Ardèche, was completed in June 2023 and is now available to enjoy a wonderfully peaceful holiday. The house is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms with rain showers and you have the comfort of two toilets, the entire house is equipped with air conditioning / heating and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and a Nespresso machine and milk frother. You have three bedrooms at your disposal, one with a double bed (180cm), one with two single beds and a (children's) bedroom with bunk beds (max 15 years). A washing machine is also available.
Of course, there is free (fast!) WiFi available in and around the entire house, and you will find a TV in the living room with all Dutch channels. Sun beds are available around the lovely swimming pool (heated in the early and late season, for a fee) and you can enjoy extensive dining at the large family table on the covered terrace.
The house is located in a very quiet suburb of a small French village 'á la campaign', with only one direct neighbor. From the living room and bedrooms you have a completely unobstructed view of the village and the mountains of the Ardèche.
