In the Parc Naturel Regional des Monts d`Ardeche, La Basse Maza offers you plenty of natural beauty, peace and walking routes, with start and finish at La Maza. La Glycine is a cozy and comfortable 4-5 pers. cottage and takes its name from the wisteria that flourishes in the lower lawned garden. The cottage has a tiled front terrace (25m2) and an enclosed tiled rear terrace (25m2) with a lockable gate to the lower garden (lawn).
The rear terrace is partly covered, enclosed by a wall that is partly 100cm with a panoramic view of the mountains and partly 150cm high, guaranteeing absolute privacy. This facility makes the cottage ideal for families with small children and/or pets (you keep an eye on them, they cannot just run away). A fixed staircase with a lockable gate leads you from this enclosed terrace to the garden (lawn) below. with picnic table and also an extra sun terrace with 2 sun beds.
La Maza offers ample play opportunities for children on the public grounds, such as a lockable sandbox with sun canopy, wooden playhouse with swings, slide and horizontal bar, a jeu de boule court and a recreational field for sports and games. There is also a central laundry room with free-to-use washing machine.

Most local restaurants offer a "menu du jour", 3 course menu from Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 2:00 pm for around 15 euros. Advance reservation is required. In the evening from 7.30 pm and during the weekend you can only eat a la carte. National retail chains are open every day from 08:00 to 20:00, with the exception of Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00. The middle class closes between 12.00-14.00
