Hi, we are Erik and Naomy, we have been living and working on this beautiful island with our 2 children for 5 years. We love the ultimate feeling of freedom that living on this island gives us. We like to go out here in the east of the island, so we grab our bike and head towards the Salt Pans to enjoy the beautiful nature and get some exercise. We love to open our apartments to you so that you can come and experience what it is like here on the island.

Explanation of prices

Cancellation Policy .
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
