Beautiful, brand new holiday villa with private pool.

This wonderful home (only ready since September 2023) is luxuriously and tastefully decorated and offers everything for a relaxing stay on this wonderful tropical island. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The living room is spacious with a large LG TV and a lovely chaise longue with a view of the hills behind the house. The fully equipped kitchen, with cooking island, is fully equipped and contains an induction hob, American refrigerator (with ice cube dispenser and freezer), microwave oven and dishwasher. There is good WIFI from provider Telbo and also an alarm system. In a separate laundry room there is a washing machine and ironing board and iron.

At the back there is complete privacy under the beautiful spacious porch, and adjacent is the lovely private magnesium swimming pool. However, there is no protection around the pool, making it less suitable for small children. There is also a gazebo with lovely lounge beds. At the front there is a private parking space for 2 cars.

This villa is located in the quiet, neat neighborhood of Bona Bista, just a 10-minute drive from Kralendijk and the sea, and 15 minutes from Rincon.
