The 150 m2 apartment is located on the entire ground floor of the small-scale apartment building ElSueno. This gives you windows all around, a wonderful breeze and a private, closed, enclosed garden with several places to sit or enjoy your breakfast and drink.
Upon arrival you can park the car on the private parking in front of the apartment.
There is a living room with stereo with smart TV, comfortable sofas and a large sliding door to the terrace and garden.
The semi-open kitchen is equipped with conceivable equipment such as blender, oven / microwave, dishwasher, toaster, etc. and of course various cooking utensils. Here too is a large sliding door to the terrace and garden.
