Welcome to Kas Luna, a super nice house that I am happy to offer for paid house sitting when I am traveling.
The house with a spacious porch (the outdoor living room) is well maintained and has a lovely private swimming pool enclosed by a coral stone wall and a tropical garden! It is wonderful to relax in complete privacy on the large porch while the Caribbean trade wind provides a pleasant breeze.
The house and porch enjoy the wind and there is a sink for divers near the road. The neighborhood is quiet, it can only be a bit dusty occasionally due to the unpaved road. The swimming pool is cleaned once a week and our super housekeeper also comes once a week. She cleans the house nicely. You are expected to keep the house somewhat tidy.
For sustainability and cost savings, the house is equipped with LED lighting, a solar boiler, a solar swimming pool pump and 2 solar panels for day consumption compensation.
In short, Kas Luna stands for a wonderful tropical holiday. Our latest guests now know what "paradise" is, as they told us after a long stay.
