Haus Jomeity is a cozy apartment in Tyrolean style, right in the village center of Sillian. It is located on the third floor of an apartment building and can be easily reached by elevator. Parking is free in the nearby parking garage.
The accommodation has free WiFi and there are magazines and fun board games.
The apartment has a wooden parquet floor and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. The kitchen has a cozy dining area and the living area has a flat screen TV and a nice sofa. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer and towels are ready for you.
After a day of skiing or hiking, you can enjoy the sun on the balcony.

Hello, we are Aart and Marjonelle. We love the sea, but also the mountains and we recently got a nice apartment in Sillian.
We hope that you enjoy the apartment, the surroundings, the mountains and in winter the wonderful ski slopes as much as we do :-). And especially the Austrian atmosphere, the Italian influences and the delicious food, we find a good combination.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
