Our villa has a large pool and pool deck with a free and unobstructed view of the lake with bird island. Continuous entertainment thanks to the variety of animals that live in and around the lake.
The villa has 7 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. Three bedrooms have a King bed, 1 bedroom has a Queen bed and 1 bedroom a double bed. The Harry Potter room has a "bunk" bed: twin bed over full bed and finally the Disney room with two twin beds. All bedrooms have HD TV's and there is WiFi available in every room. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.
The villa can accommodate 15 people. However, we do not recommend more than 10 adults, as the 2 themed rooms are designed for a total of 5 young people.
The living room has 2 sofas and of course a large TV with many stations, including sports channels. There is also a second living room for a quieter stay, also with two sofas.
Most rooms in the house have a SONOS sound system so that everyone can listen to their own music.
WiFi internet connection is available throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an extensive inventory of pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery, etc.
There is an air-conditioned games room with a profesional pool table, an indoor basketball game, dart board, table football, Playstation 3 with TV. There are also various board games and for the smaller ones, toys, etc.
Furthermore, you can make free use of:
* 1 foldable and 1 adjustable crib, stair gate, high chair, 2 strollers, babyphones.
* tennis rackets and balls for use on the tennis court.
* Badminton rackets
* Fishing rods for fishing in the lake.
* Golf Clubs
* Private BBQ, both charcoal and gas
Lake Berkley is a secured resort. The resort excels through the good maintenance, especially of the trees and vegetation. There are, among other things, a fishing pier, tennis court, children's playground, basketball court, gym, etc. The resort is about 8-12 miles drive from all parks, such as Disney, Sea World, etc. Within a 3-minute drive is a large 24/7 Wallmart convenience store.
COVID-19:
Our apartment has been cleaned and sanitized for your arrival. A number of measures have been implemented based on the local government guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting. The Cleaning and Maintenance staff of our management company has been trained and receives new training and reinforcement as needed. We also provide disinfecting hand gel and disinfecting cleaning products for our guests to use while staying in our home.
However none of the routine health and safety protocols, nor the enhanced health and safety measures taken, will guarantee the health of guests staying in the property or people visiting the property and they will not preclude the possibility of any contamination.
