This beautiful villa overlooking Alanya will give you an unforgettable holiday. Located in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood but only a 10 minute drive to the beach and town centre. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that can accommodate 8-9 people (+ a baby). With a private swimming pool and beautiful views over the city, the sea and the castle of Alanya, your trip will be unforgettable. On every floor you have a great view of the surroundings, the castle and the sea. The terrace on the first floor, where the large kitchen is, is partly covered and offers a lovely place to dine alfresco while enjoying this view. The master bedroom on the second floor has a small en-suite bathroom and a large terrace. Our house also has a garden with trees and is surrounded by walls giving you privacy to enjoy the space.

Outside the high season, this accommodation can also be rented for 2 or 4 people. Ask us for more information.

Please note that due to the stairs this house is not suitable for disabled people.

Explanation of prices

Rental price based on use for 2 people. From the third person, a surcharge is calculated per person of 15.00 euros ppp night. You pay no extra costs for water and electricity.

Cost of final cleaning: 85 euros.

Check-in is at 15:00, check-out is at 10:00.

Optional:
Transfer to and from the airport. This transfer will take you to the front door of the Villa. You pay for the transfer on the spot.

If you would like one of the above options, we will be happy to arrange this for you.
When booking you pay 50% in advance and the other 50% 4 weeks before you move into the villa. Cancellation up to 1 month in advance is possible, if the deposit has been paid. In that case, the 2nd payment does not have to be made. The 1st falls to the landlord.
Tenant must be 23 years or older and in possession of a valid passport or ID card of one of the EU countries.
Your booking is only final after receipt of the first deposit, a photocopy of the passport or ID card and a signed copy of the contract.

On arrival you pay 300 euros deposit, upon check-out the deposit will be refunded after deduction of any damage caused by you.

With a promotional price or special offer, the deposit is 100% and cannot be canceled.
