Explanation of prices

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Is a swimming pool of the park at 3 minutes walking distance.
Price is based on 8 people and a maximum of 10. There will be 25 euros for transport from the airport to the location and 25 euros for cleaning costs. Deposit 500 euros, this will be refunded within 14 days after departure. There is a possibility to rent a second home for large groups.

If you also want to make use of daily cleaning and possibly breakfast, lunch and dinner facilities, please inquire about the possibilities. As the house is now offered, it is without breakfast, lunch and dinner facilities.

The new addition to the winter months.
The spacious designer open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer combination, gas hob, extractor hood and a small combination microwave. Because the tap water is not very tasty and it is not recommended to drink it, a water dispenser has been installed.
The stairs to the top floor with the desk underneath. We have a fiber optic connection with WiFi and a Windows 11 computer. The kitchen table can be extended to almost 3 meters and it is possible to place 12 chairs.

Sunsets in the book so you can galore. What is stopping you? The house is clearly different from what you encounter a lot further in Turkey. It is especially low built with a large piece of land and space and therefore not the neighbors on the lip.

Sometimes you get lucky and dolphins swim a little with you during the journey to or from Samos. It remains a special event!

There is something to do in Kusadasi all year round. This is due to the many cruise ships in the port, which are an excellent base for exploring the many sights in the area.
Ephesus is famous for nothing. Here is a beautiful picture of the famous library, but given the vastness of the excavations is not difficult to imagine in ancient Greece. Certainly the covered areas to see beautiful mosaic pieces. Definitely worth a small extra charge.

Magnificent views of Samos from the beach in the Milli park. Here you can enjoy the sun and sea and beautiful views. Prefer something sporty? Also canoe and waterbiking is possible, in addition to beautiful walks and challenging mountain bike rides.
