Fancy a game of jeu de boules? Plenty of space! And you will find the boules in our bicycle shed.
In early spring we go by car or bicycle to the sheepfold at Heerde. Huge heather and the sheep come to the cage in the afternoon with their lambs. Beautiful face!
On one of our walks from the cottage you walk a lot along this beautiful stream.
They do not like it, but we look in the nest young thrushes in the birdhouse to the oak 5 meters from our house. (See the picture with the squirrel)

A ten minute walk along the forest and you are on this heath at Gortel. It is October, the sheep have been stamped by the ram. So this spring again lots of lambs!

The House with Stone Stairs (Maison Escalier) is built in the style of a typical farmhouse of this Quercy region. On the right under the sloping roof you can see the extension with a wooden facade in which we have fitted out a spacious kitchen.
The two gîtes Lavender and Oleander in the 'grange': the French doors in authentic style and the windows of the kitchenettes. On the right the gîte Lavendel and on the left the gîte Oleander. The two gîtes share the terrace. In terms of layout, the gîtes are each other's mirror image. Next to it on the left is the Red Square.
Our south-west facing pool has sun all day long. Access to the pool is childproof. There are about 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas.

Bottom right picture the doors to the basement. You will find the dining room, bathroom and spacious kitchen. An oak staircase leads to the upper floor there.

Flowering Oleander
The pool has a magnificent view over the hills. The terrace is located on two sides. There are 8 sun loungers where you can sunbathe. The mandatory in France fence around the pool is positioned in the natural vegetation is not noticeable. The two access gates have special locks made by (small) children themselves can be opened.

This Acer (Maple) palmatum 'Sangokaku' stands in front of the villa's storage room. The branches are red and are cut back deeply every year, after which clusters of young twigs emerge. In autumn the leaves are golden for a long time.
This forest, near Ponte Tresa, offers plenty of shade and cooling. It is wonderful to walk there
View during a walk in Agra (Collina d'Oro, diagonally opposite the villa) on Monte Caslano. Walking around this mountain, along the lake, takes more than an hour (if you do not give in to the temptation to sit on one of the inviting terraces).
