The villa is located on a compound with night surveillanceFrom the living room you walk through the sliding doors to the terrace (70 m2) where you find a private swimming pool and beautiful garden, with sunbeds and beach chairs for a relaxed stay.
There is a BBQ by the terrace so you and your friends can enjoy a nice evening together.
The living has a seating area with a flat-screen TV, big dining area, fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences such as a refrigerator, freezer, hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine.There are 6 bedrooms: 5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 Bedroom with 2 beds. All the bathrooms have a hairdryer.
On arrival we will welcome you at the villa and give you information about Pattaya and surroundings.
The beds will be made and 4 towels will be provided on each Bedroom.
The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles of drinking water.
We have a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you max. 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.
Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage. You have access to the complete villa and the private swimming pool.
