It's a free-standing Villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, very private with high walls and electric gate.
Big swimming pool 9 x 5 meters, with a sunny terrace where you can enjoy a nice BBQ with friends and family.
The living has a nice seating area with a Smart TV, big dining area, fully Air-conditioned with modern Kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; all bedrooms are air-conditioned for a nice cool sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, oven and a microwave.
On arrival we will welcome you at the villa and give you information about Pattaya and surroundings.
The beds will be made and 4 towels will be provided on each Bedroom.
The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles of drinking water.
We have a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you max. 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.
Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage. You have access to the complete villa and the private swimming pool.
