Chalet Verrel is in a beautiful location with a wide view and yet close to the village and, depending on condition and direction, 10 to 20 minutes walking distance (or a few car minutes) from the gondolas to the Aletsch area.

The ground floor is a cozy and comfortable "Stube" in typical Valais style, fully furnished, suitable for 4 (or 6) people. A living room / kitchen with sitting area, dining table and TV with the standard Canal Digital package, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with underfloor heating and two single beds) and of course a bathroom / wc.

If you don't mind sleeping on a sofa bed, you can also rent the house with 6 people. Possibly we can also store a mattress in one of the bedrooms. As a tenant from the ground floor you can use the garden (picnic table and lounge set) and, if there is not too much snow, you can park the car directly next to the chalet (if there is a lot of snow you can use the upstairs neighbors if necessary) consult for a place at the garage or else there are free parking places a hundred meters further down).

In the basement there are 2 washing machines and one tumble dryer and furthermore a BBQ, children's games, raclette sets, a crepe pan, high chairs and a baby bed, for shared use with the upper floor.

The completely renovated upper floor (connected via an internal staircase!) With 8 beds (and possibly space for mattresses on the floor) is also available for rent. See code 30293.

The "Feriendorf" with indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, climbing wall, mini golf and seilpark is opposite the chalet.

We settled in Switzerland around 2001 (Zug area) and have been living in Switzerland ever since.

In 2014 we bought Chalet Verrel and occasionally rented the ground floor, but not the completely renovated upper floor (too nice to rent out ...) and spent a lot of time with family and friends in the chalet (especially in winter).

Now is the time to let others enjoy our chalet as well.

Even if you don't like the slats that much, or are looking for variety, there is plenty to do, snow shoe tours, sledding, snow-kiting or just walking.
