Welcome to Svenstorp ... ... in the wooded area of Northern Skåne. In the middle of the 6km² Gustafsborg nature reserve, with beautiful lakes! “Karins stuga” a lovely, spacious, beautiful sunny house with luxury and ambiance.
The large terrace is completely fenced and the garden is part of it! Here too, a place to relax, a place where time stands still for a while! Living room with (closed) fireplace, Dutch. SAT. (large smart) TV, unlimited WiFi and everything else you need for a great holiday!
The 105m² Stuga (holiday home) is located on 1300 m² of private land.
The sauna house has a changing room and an extra shower (shower ready from mid-November 2022). The Jacuzzi is located on that terrace, partly covered.
The cottage is located on the edge of the forest. Only 2 km from the lake area, where the canoe of “Karins Stuga” is located.
We have an older rowing boat ourselves, on request, and if available, it can also be used. You can swim from the 2 small sandy beaches, you can fish in the entire lake (with a fishing permit) and you can enjoy the lake with a canoe!
Walk or cycle from home through the wonderful nature of "Gustafsborg". A beautiful lake and nature reserve of 6 km².
Our cabin was newly built in 2015. We offer you a cozy and cozy house, where you can feel at home. A hall as an entrance. The house-dining room, dining area, DVD and Dutch SAT TV, a fireplace. A well-equipped open kitchen. Ceramic cooking, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Airfryer, refrigerator, with freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, (bring pads from the Netherlands) toaster, mixer, etc.
Both bathrooms with underfloor heating, 1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and the 2nd with a shower and toilet.
