This downstairs apartment has a veranda at the front, two bedrooms each with a double bed, air-conditioned, one with a sink, spacious living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toilet and bathroom. Up to four people can stay. All windows have thieves iron. Smoking in the house is not allowed.
Prices are based on the maximum number of guests and include electricity consumption of up to 500 kWh per week. Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit after check-out at the local rate.
