All three apartments of Tres Reinas Valencia are located on the 1st floor of a renovated, listed building (1929) with a large roof terrace (145m2) with a view of the sea.

The center is quickly accessible by bus, tram, metro, affordable taxi or bicycle. So an excellent base for the entire city of Valencia.

The neighborhood El Cabanyal has many good and affordable restaurants, the wide and clean sandy beach is only a 6 minute walk away.

With discounts and facilities, the luxurious apartments are attractive for longer stays for holidaymakers, expats, winter visitors, digital nomads and remote working. Monitors and desks are provided.

The large roof terrace has several sitting areas, picnic tables and sun beds and a wonderful outdoor shower.

The three apartments have high, vaulted stone ceilings with white stucco and rough brick walls. Together with the high windows and doors, the skylights with daylight and the indirect LED lighting and authentic ceilings, these apartments offer a beautiful atmosphere.

The apartments also have air conditioning (cooling and heating) and a fully equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom, and a water softening system.

The apartments are sustainable due to the use of an air source heat pump for cooling, heating and hot water supply; the reuse of the residual heat from the air conditioning and shower, and the application of natural light.

The beds are long and wide and the mattresses are of 5-star hotel quality. The double bed in Reina 3 is 2.10 long. The furnishings, equipment, glasses, crockery and cutlery are also of high quality.

Apartment 3 has 2 bedrooms and a usable area of 79 m 2 and a total area of 114 m 2 .
The master bedroom has an extra long king-size bed of 2.10 meters and a width of 1.80 meters.
The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm wide and 2 meters long. A second bathroom on the roof terrace will soon be available.
The large and high living room is over the full width of the building and has a wide view where you see the beach and the sea. It has a balcony, large open kitchen with a dining table for eight people, a sofa and armchairs.

Because we love Valencia and the neighborhood El Cabanyal, we bought a property and had it renovated to our taste. We like to be there ourselves because we are close to the beach, quickly sit on a terrace or can eat an (affordable) snack. It is a real Spanish neighborhood with a few tourists and foreign students, but certainly not touristy. As far as our work allows, we are as much as possible in our own apartments. But we also like to let others enjoy it!

Explanation of prices

Due to Spanish regulations, you cannot book our apartments via Micazu for less than 28 days.

The rates at Micazu are lower due to the long minimum period and therefore have an excellent price-quality ratio. By enjoying our apartment for longer, the prices are also lower than for shorter stays. So double the enjoyment!

We are obliged to conclude a Seasonal Lease contract.

The weekly cleaning fee including towels and bed linen is included in all prices. We do charge the final cleaning separately.

If you want to cancel the booking for any reason, you (the guest) must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord or Micazu by telephone, for example). Depending on the date of the written cancellation, you will then pay:

In case of cancellation more than the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
In case of cancellation between the 30th and the 7th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If you only inform us on the start date or during the rental period that you will no longer use the rented property, the full rental price remains payable.
