This unique, quietly located 2-person penthouse with a direct view of one of the most beautiful golf courses in Spain, El Bosque , is located in the luxurious and secure urbanization of the same name, just 20 minutes from the center of Valencia city and the airport.

The view of the golf course from the spacious terrace on the first and top floor of this small-scale apartment building is truly fantastic. Our guests also have free access to a large communal swimming pool, just around the corner. You can also use a modern gym free of charge.

From the penthouse, you can walk to the 18-hole golf course within a few minutes. The El Bosque urbanization also has its own tennis club, free fitness club, paddle courts and a very good restaurant.

The large supermarket 'Consum' is 2 minutes by car from the penthouse.

The penthouse with air conditioning / heating has recently been renovated and has a large 2-person box spring in the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with shower and second toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and Miele washing machine

There is a smart TV with all Dutch channels, Netflix F1, Videoland and a super fast fiber optic WIFI connection.

The penthouse is non-smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Dear Spain lovers!
Just like you, we love the beautiful Spanish life and especially the area around Valencia. In addition to our 6-person Spanish Finca, purchased in 2020 called Casa NaQuí in the village of Montserrat (also for rent on Micazu), we recently became the owner of this beautiful apartment, located in the most beautiful and very luxurious Valencian urbanization 'El Bosque'. This apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and is located 20 minutes from the center of Valencia.

Explanation of prices

El Bosque apartment is non-smoking and suitable for 2 adults. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
The bedroom is already equipped with bed and bath linen sufficient for the length of your stay. If desired, you can also order extra bath and bed linen below. The complete kitchen has a dishwasher, Nespresso, milk frother, new Miele washing machine and is equipped with kitchen linen. The rental price applies to the entire apartment, including use of the communal swimming pool and free access to the modern fitness room.

On arrival we always provide a 5L bottle of drinking water, fresh fruit and coffee/tea & a made bed.
Arrival days are freely negotiable, with check-in between 15:00 - 21:00 (later check-in please in consultation). Check out until 10:00

After making your reservation, you will receive a rental agreement from us personally by e-mail and we will add your planned dates for 48 hours as an option (color orange) in our agenda, so that your dates can no longer be reserved for others.

Casa NaQuí is our second home on Micazu. Lovely 6-person holiday home on 1450M2 private land, only 25 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from the airport. Casa NaQuí is located on the edge of the picturesque Spanish village of Montserrat, where you can do all your shopping and much more! The house, which was renovated in October 2020, has 2 living rooms, each with its own open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a very large garden with various terraces, outdoor kitchen and a nice private pool. In addition to the veranda at the front, Casa NaQuí offers a magnificent view of the olive grove behind the house, with the surrounding hills of the nearby area in the distance. The house is very quiet at the end of the street and has absolutely no air traffic from Valencia airport. Each floor has its own living room, bedroom(s), bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher(s), air conditioning/heating and washing machine. Smart TV with Netflix and a beamer downstairs for watching a movie, for example. Equipped with good and fast wireless internet in and around the house.
