CONDADO DE ALHAMA

The apartment is part of the Condado de Alhama Golf resort which is located in the Costa Cálida, the still authentic south-east of Spain. The resort has beautiful gardens and 26 communal swimming pools . You will also find tennis courts, basketball court, football field, fitness club and of course the golf course on the resort. It is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course , no. 43 in the top 100 golf courses in Spain. If desired, golf equipment can be rented on site.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the luxury Golf Resort Condado de Alhama, belonging to the city of Alhama de Murcia, located in the province of Murcia, on the Costa Cálida.
There are easy connections from the airports of Corvera-Murcia (15 minutes by car) and Alicante (110 km).

In the vicinity (15 minutes by car) there are several beautiful sandy beaches , belonging to the Costa Cálida.
This region is known as a very sunny and warm region with around 320 sunny days per year.

In Puerto de Mazarron ( 15 minutes by car) there is a beautiful boulevard with a wide range of shops and restaurants.

In the nearby region, markets are held almost every day, with clothing and other accessories in addition to fruit and vegetables. The largest market, with around 150-200 stalls, is held every Sunday in Puerto de Mazarron. A real must for enthusiasts to visit.

The cities in the vicinity are: Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Lorca, Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Murcia and Cartagena.

The beautiful new -build apartment is located in the heart of the Golf Resort Condado de Alhama. The resort is secured 24 hours a day and therefore only accessible to authorized persons, guests and visitors. The apartment building has just been completed and is located opposite the commercial center 'Al Kasar' with several bars, restaurants and a large supermarket (Spar).
In addition, there is a hairdressing and beauty salon on the resort.
Athletes can enjoy padel and tennis courts . There is also the possibility to rent bicycles .
There is also an ATM on the domain.
If you would like to make organized trips , you can go to the tourist office where you can book tickets .

The apartment is located on the 2nd ^floor and is accessible via a lift and/or stairs.
It can accommodate up to 4 people . There are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.
The master bedroom (with direct access to the terrace) has a large double bed, ample storage space in the built-in cupboards and an ensuite modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The guest room also has a spacious double bed and ample storage space via the built-in cupboards. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

The open kitchen is equipped with every comfort . There is a fridge-freezer, oven, halogen stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In addition, there are of course sufficient glasses, cups and saucers, plates, cutlery, pan set, bowls and other regular kitchen utensils.

The dining room , which is connected to the open kitchen, has a table and 4 chairs. During the meals you can enjoy a beautiful open view of the terrace and the frontal golf course.

The living room has a spacious and comfortable sofa, coffee table, smart TV and a super-fast internet connection .

Central air conditioning (cooling/heating) is provided throughout the apartment .

You can park your car in front of the apartment.

TERRACE
The large terrace of 18 m2 offers plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful climate and the great frontal open view over the golf course and the untouched nature in the surrounding area.
The terrace (south-west oriented) is equipped with sufficient comfortable garden furniture.

In and around the apartment you can use free WIFI. You will receive the code from the key manager with which you can start the WIFI connection.
