Completely renovated, fully equipped and spacious apartment in Vintage style with two spacious bedrooms and fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. The apartment is centrally located and only a 10-minute walk from the beautiful white sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia. The beach of Port d'Alcudia is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. You enter the apartment in an open kitchen with dining area. Also a bright living room with comfortable furniture and a fantastic view of the surroundings and the Mediterranean Sea. From the living room access to a spacious balcony again with 180 degree views of the sea, the surroundings and the large communal swimming pool. The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe for all clothing, swimming trunks and bikinis. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Wifi internet and air conditioning are of course available.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price and you don't have to worry about a bath towel for the pool. If you leave the apartment neat and clean, you do not pay extra for the final cleaning. Minimum age of the main tenant is 24 years and groups of young people under 27 are unfortunately not allowed.

In addition to the large swimming pool, the complex has a tennis court, futsal field, launderette, library and reception with concierge.

Port d'Alcudia is a nice place where you can enjoy walking, eating, shopping, going out and of course swimming in the clear blue Mediterranean Sea. Good restaurants abound and all the highlights can be reached on foot or by bike.
