The Casa can accommodate 4 (poss. 5) persons and is located on the 1st and 2nd floor. There are 2 terraces, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 toilet). The blessed porch with hardwood furniture is lovely to use, where you can drink sundowners with a tapa or a meal. Thanks to the trees and shrubs have an optimal outdoor feeling. Incoming on the 1st floor is the living room, kitchen and the 2nd bedroom with ensuite shower and sink (toilet appart). There is a cozy fireplace for cozy winter evenings. From the 3 seater sofa or armchair you can see the Dutch channels through the satellite receiver to the TV. On the DVD player you can play your favorite movies and CDs. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, oven, four ring ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster etc. so every Kookgek can enjoy themselves. Crockery, cutlery and everything you need for more food and drink in abundance. At the lounge, you can also eat inside if you once do not want to or can sit outside. In a closet, you can find things like vacuum cleaner and other schoonmakartikelen, as well as a barbecue. The porch has a handy BBQ platter where you can put it on. Behind the kitchen is the 2nd bedroom with ensuite small bathroom with shower and washbasin. The trundle bed is fitted sheet with a 2 person to turn into a big bed. you can leave your clothes and other things in the armoire and dresser. For a 5th person or guest (see price list) is a travel cot available. There are also two cots and a highchair available. Finally, we point you have the laundry room behind the kitchen. On the sun deck is spacious voldoene place to wash your head to dry.
The whole house is equipped with light marble floors which gives a beautiful appearance. The furniture and interior choice is modern but warm so everyone here can feel at home. Smoking is allowed on terrace! Free Internet and free Wi-Fi !!!

After the stairs took top you enter the master bedroom that opens onto the spacious sun terrace with sun beds, table and chairs and beautiful views. The terrace has access to a large retractable awning so you can choose sun or shade (you can choose to sit or lie in the sun, there are chairs / table plus two sunbeds). In the master bedroom you will find a comfortable bed for two people and space for your clothes. The roller shutter to the terrace darken the room so you do not need to be woken by the early morning sun. You can either shower or take a bath next to the bedroom in the master bathroom. In addition there is of course a toilet and sink. Pillows and duvets are available at the Casa. Bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles will take you myself, but this may possibly fee. also be provided. At the end of your stay you leave the house cleaned, neat and tidy, ready for the next user. Therefore we do not need to calculate the usual cleaning (except the cost for a check before your arrival Euro 20), as is happening elsewhere and we can price for you to keep as low as possible. This is the most important aspect of what we call "Self Management System." Only on request and for a fee you may indicate in the lease that you want to leave this care. Incidentally, there is (technical) emergency a keyholder available on site (English / Spanish speaking). The deposit is of course refunded back to you after the correct completion. Around the corner from our house is in the garden the lovely pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Obviously you about the decision without further costs, as well as the children's pool and playground for younger guests. In the off season the pool is closed.
