After 30 years in the travel industry, I know the feeling when you enter somewhere and think YESSS... well booked...

I wanted to translate this into my holiday apartment. With 140 m2 , it is wonderfully spacious and a 200-meter walk from the beach and close to the charming Spanish village of San Pedro de Alcantara and the world-famous harbor of Puerto Banus. (1 and 2 turns back respectively)   

All 3 bedrooms have their own (new) bathroom. We also offer luxury box spring beds, Sonos music system, Nespresso machine, beautiful wine glasses, ample towels, professionally cleaned bed linen, 2 beach towels per person, beach baskets, bags, cool box, extensive and fresh kitchen equipment, complete kitchen equipment, Samsung Smart TV (read: Netflix) plus box with Dutch channels and all foreign channels (yes also Viaplay), hairdryer, books and games.

The terrace (South) is a wonderful place to stay with (extendable) dining table, seating and lounge bed with a view of the gardens, the quiet swimming pool and a perfect sun orientation all year round. In winter and spring/autumn the sun on the terrace and in high summer a comfortably cool apartment due to the high sun position. So ideal.

We have already received feedback from many people that they have never eaten out so much, but actually enjoyed coming home after a day at the beach. A lot of attention has been paid to hygiene and atmospheric details and we hope to attract tenants who can appreciate this and enjoy these small details and the cozy 'home away from home' atmosphere.

The El Presidente complex is located beach front at the large and quiet beach Atalaya Isdabe with the famous quiet beach club Salduna. An ideal spot for beach lovers. Don't mistake the location when reading Estepona. El Presidente falls within the Estepona postcode area but is closest to: Marbella locations such as Puerto Banus , San Pedro de Alcantara, Golden Mile and the golf valley of Nueva Andalucia. The town of Estepona is 10 minutes to the west and the Old Town of Marbella 10 minutes in the other direction. A very central location and also close to the beach!

The entire complex is designed in a low-rise Moorish/Andalusian Alhambra style and is known for its unique atmosphere with beautiful gardens, fountains and water features. There are 5 swimming pools including the spectacular LAGOON pool with a large separate children's pool. Really the holiday feeling.

The swimming pool at the front of our apartment is always wonderfully quiet and has a good sun position and is always out of the wind. Of the other 4 swimming pools , 1 is heated all year round at 28 degrees so that you can swim your laps in winter without goosebumps. The sunbathing areas at all swimming pools are spacious and well equipped with sun beds and are never overcrowded. During the high season, lifeguards are present at all swimming pools. The 5 tennis courts and the multi-sports field are well maintained, are free to use and we provide 4 rackets/balls.

The peace and holiday atmosphere in the complex is monitored and noisy groups are not allowed. During the summer holidays there are young people of all ages with their families, outside it is an oasis of peace and relaxation. For golfers , this location is an ideal base with no fewer than 50 courses in the vicinity. Atalaya just across the road and Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha, La Quinta, Los Arqueros, Magna, Guadalmina, Los Almendros etc within 5-10 minutes drive)

For active holidaymakers, the possibilities are too numerous to mention:

orange square and visit the attractive boulevard

chill out Ibiza style town with surfers atmosphere.
*Discover the white villages inland.
*Take one of the most special walking tours (see: Caminito del Rey!!)
* Ronda and its special history, bullring, and pure local products.
*Plan a trip to the artists' village of Casares, climb up to the uniquely situated cemetery,
get the tastiest chorizo from the butcher and have lunch at a Venta on the way back.
*Watch a polo match (in season) in Sotogrande
* Quad tour
*Visit the famous (flea) markets
