We are Loes and Mark and we rent out our holiday home in the nicest area of Malaga; Pedregalejo. It is an 85-meter walk from the beach and therefore also close to all trendy beach bars and fish restaurants.

The house is 98m2 in size, spread over two floors, has two patios and a large roof terrace of about 40m2. Here you can sit in the sun or under the pergola and even catch a glimpse of the sea. It is fully equipped for six people. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed.

Our holiday home will be completely renovated in 2022. We have done our utmost to provide it with all the comforts, but still keep it very Spanish.

You can park for free in front of the door (or somewhere else in the neighborhood when busy).

We are Loes and Mark. In 2018 we bought a house in the fishing district of Pedregalejo in Málaga, 80 meters from the sea. That was our (okay especially Mark's big dream) after we had been to Andalusia many times together. From that moment on we have lived partly in Málaga and partly in Utrecht. We discovered that we could rent out our Spanish house very well and after that we even bought another house. Now in the other fishing district of Málaga: El Palo. Both houses are for rent via Micazu.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 2 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 80%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

The beautiful coast of Pedregalejo, Malaga in the twilight.
Sardines are grilled along the coast at lunch and dinner. You order an 'espeto' (stick) with five or six sardines for 2 euros.
