Sunny apartment on the beach

The apartment is located in a modern residential complex and can be easily accessed via a short flight of stairs or the elevator. From the complex you only have to cross the street to go to the beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, and 1 with a bunk bed - double mattress at the bottom and single mattress at the top) and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower, and 1 with shower). The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for an additional 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all comfort and appliances. From the spacious terrace (23m²) you have a fantastic sea view. The complex has a large swimming pool with a lifeguard, a children's pool and a beautiful garden (only open during high season - ask for details!). There is plenty of parking within the complex close to the apartment. The living room and lounge look fresh and provide access to the spacious terrace. There is WiFi everywhere; the modern TV has IPTV with all channels - English, Spanish, Dutch, Belgian, German, Scandinavian, French, ...
The apartment is perfectly clean upon arrival; bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided (included in the price). Essential products such as hand soap, washing machine soap, bottle of drinking water, toilet paper... are available upon arrival.
It is located in 'conjunto Marina de Torrequebrada', Benalmadena Beach. There is a supermarket 50 meters from the complex. Restaurants, chiringuitos and bars are just a few minutes' walk away. Also within 50 m there is a bus stop where you can take the bus to Marbella, Malaga, Fuengirola, ...
Benalmadena's Puerto Marina is a lovely walk over the embankment from the complex.
