This spacious holiday home 'Casa Grande Familia' is located in a quiet location in the mountains of Algarrobo. Several terraces with sea and mountain views. Private pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, Airco WIFI .

Located about 35 km from Malaga airport. The villa is just over 6 km from the coastline, so you can be at the beach in less than fifteen minutes! This allows you to enjoy the enormous peace and privacy at the villa, as well as the beach and the boulevard.
Access is via a typical Spanish mountain road, the last few hundred meters of which are unpaved. This access will be found challenging by some guests. The villa has an area of approximately 250 m2 on two floors with separate entrances and both with an independent living room and kitchen.
There are beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace is a private swimming pool, hexagonal of about 20 m2 with enough space to enjoy the sun and the view.
On the terrace is a barbecue with a large counter with sink. The property is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate. The car can be parked in front of the house on the mountain road or within the grounds.

On 2 floors are total:
5 bedrooms with fitted/walk-in wardrobes
3 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite.
2 open kitchens with all amenities.
2 living rooms with smart TV

Downstairs there is a spacious living room (with air conditioning) with a long U sofa from where (smart) TV can be watched.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, all cooking utensils, washing machine and sufficient cupboard space. There is also a breakfast bar.
From the living room a door to the terrace with swimming pool.

Also downstairs there are three bedrooms , two with a double bed and one with two single beds and two bathrooms , one ensuite to bedroom 1. Bedroom 1 also has a walk-in closet and air conditioning.

Upstairs (private access, from the outside) are two bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with three single beds. Here is also the ^3rd bathroom.
The open kitchen also has a 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, all cooking utensils, another washing machine and plenty of cupboard space. From the living room with (smart) TV there is access to another private terrace with a view of the sea.
So, if desired, holidays can be celebrated completely independently of each other.
The upper floor can only be used if more than 6 guests are staying.

If desired, additional beds can be added, so that a total of 14 guests can stay.
